At the BME Network CIC, our approach is rooted in collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment. By actively listening to the voices of individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds, we identify their unique needs and aspirations, tailoring our programmes to create meaningful and lasting impact.

We prioritise building strong partnerships with local organisations, public bodies, and faith groups to amplify our reach and effectiveness. These collaborations enable us to address systemic challenges, promote social cohesion, and drive positive change across Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley.

Our work is guided by the principles of resilience, celebration, and empowerment. We focus on building the capacity of individuals and communities to overcome barriers, while also celebrating their achievements and cultural heritage. Through events like the Tees Valley Ethnic Minority Achievement Awards and platforms such as CVFM Radio, we provide spaces for recognition, dialogue, and connection.

By regularly evaluating our projects and engaging with feedback, we ensure that our work remains relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
